Position Summary

This position will provide ongoing support to multiple divisions within Gault Family Companies through specific daily, weekly and monthly tasks as well as perform special projects as needed. They will act as support to the company leadership team and manage all aspects of the Company’s office spaces. They are to have excellent attention to details, strong organizational skills and be an enthusiastic member of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Mail daily invoices and weekly mailings

  • Act as main contact for the mailing company

  • Order office and kitchen supplies for two locations, track and receive shipments, review packing slips and put away supplies

  • Inventory business collateral at all locations and coordinate restocking

  • Keep communal office spaces and supply rooms/cabinets clean and neat at all times

  • Act as main contact for the clean company and manage cleaning needs

  • Manage service and repair of office equipment and pick up of shredding bins

  • Receive daily packages/deliveries and distribute

  • Assist with meeting preparation and travel arrangements

  • Assist with company functions and event preparation

  • Manage Gault Gear bi-annual uniform order and ongoing employee orders

  • Enter interstate mileage log and diesel fuel tracking log monthly

  • Assist with building and facilities maintenance

  • Perform building safety drills in accordance with the Emergency Action Plan

  • Miscellaneous filing

  • Special projects as needed

Position Summary

Work with a team to provide a high level of customer service, handle inbound and outbound sales and service calls in an efficient and effective manner. Qualified applicants must have excellent customer service and strong phone skills, ability to manage a variety of sales goals and a willingness to participate in continuing education.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and/or outbound sales calls in an enthusiastic, efficient, service orientated and professional manner

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of Company processes and Company offerings

  • Identify and introduce cross sell opportunities to grow the business, understanding and leveraging all aspects of the sales process

  • Consistently provide the highest level of customer care/service

  • Attend team and inter-department meetings as scheduled

  • Maintain excellent working knowledge of HVAC Systems, as well as changes and challenges of our industry

Summary of Position

Manage all functions of the Propane, Generator and Stone Warehouse including receiving and entering inventory, organizing inventory, preparing and delivering inventory to job sites. Qualified applicants must have excellent organizational skills, communication skills and keep to deadlines.

Position Summary

We seeking a Service Scheduler to join our team to provide our customers with personal and professional service.

Responsibilities

Work with a team to provide a high level of customer service, monitor and review service calls, and support service dispatch. Qualified applicants must have excellent customer service and strong phone skills, ability to manage a variety of tasks and a willingness to participate in continuing education.

  • Confirm all technicians have a first call and monitor until Service Dispatcher comes in and review any daily changes

  • Check and follow up on after hours calls

  • Review daily service calls that are completed but remained open

  • Assist with notifying customers of Technicians status and respond to all customer calls regarding scheduled calls

  • Review all daily service invoices

  • Monitor and open needed heat and A/C tune-up slots

  • Schedule service van maintenance

  • Work on a rotation schedule as needed/warranted
